Theory of Law II (ZTEd102)

Course topics: The focus of the subject is on the most discussed topics in the latest scientific literature. First, the teacher will describe the issue, present the doctrinal approaches, and identify collisions in reasoning. Subsequently, he will lead a dialogue with students, during which they will try to find connections between this issue and their dissertation topics. The essential topics are: - Democracy in the 21st Century, - Deontic Logic, - Institutionalism, - The Law and Judge in Continental Europe.
