Course topics: 1. The meaning of a legal text (history, presence and presumptions for the future; writing as an element of culture). 2. Ethical rules and liability in the legal text (ethical standards in the written expression of lawyers; citation ethics and citation standard). 3. Tactics and preparation of a legal text. 4. Search and processing of legal information (work with legal information systems at national level; work with case law; work with professional literature in the context of citation techniques and ethics). 5. Formal requirements of a legal text. 6. Content requirements of a legal text I. 7. Content requirements of a legal text II. 8. Standard language and legal terminology. 9. Stylistics of legal texts of a judge. 10. Stylistics of legal texts of a lawyer. 11. Stylistics of legal texts of a prosecutor. 12. Cultivation of written expression.
