Theory of Law I (ZTEd101)

Course topics: The focus of the subject is on the most discussed topics in the latest scientific literature. First, the teacher will describe the issue, present the doctrinal approaches, and identify collisions in reasoning. Subsequently, he will lead a dialogue with students, during which they will try to find connections between this issue and their dissertation topics. The essential topics are: - normativity - reflection of cultural differences in law, - legal argumentation - power of constitutional courts
