Course topics: Lecture topics: 1. Principles of social security and their influence on the normalization of social security activities 2. Social rights and the level of their legal expression 3. Current problems of the Slovak pension system 4. Coordination of (national) social security systems at EU level 5. Structural and systemic changes in social security legal relations de lege lata and de lege ferenda 6. Legal expression of selected social events (especially material security in case of (long-term) unfavorable health condition, health protection within the provision of health care, unemployment, material and social need)
