Course topics: 1. Administrative law - concept, subject, system, character, relation to other legal branches. 2. Public administration and promotion of a public interest. The relationship between fundamental rights and freedoms. 3. Sources of administrative law. 4. Norms of administrative law. Relations in the administrative law. 5. Bodies of administrative law. Public administration components. 6. Organization of state administration (Government of the Slovak Republic as the executor of state administration, central state administration, local state administration, competence and authority of state administration bodies). 7. Organization of self-government (relationship between state and self-government, right to territorial self-government, bodies of territorial self-government, position of self-government, bodies of interest self-government, compulsory and voluntary interest self-government, ethics of members of self-government interests, self-government of universities). 8. Civil service (establishment and termination of employment, service discipline, content of employment relationship of a state servant). Performance of work in the public interest (the concept of public interest in the performance of work in the public interest, relation to the amendment of the Labour Code, the position of employees performing work in the public interest, property declaration). 9. Forms of public administration activities (public contracts, normative administrative acts, Individual administrative acts, internal acts, technical acts of public administration, organizational acts, planning, programming and conceptual acts). 10. Public administration and political rights (right to participate in governance, access to elections and elected office, right to resist). 11. The right to freedom of assembly and public administration (legal regulation of civic associations, legal regulation of political parties and movements, legal regulation of churches and religious societies). 12. The right to freedom of assembly and public administration.
