Concepts, objectives and functions of European Union competition law. 3. Institutional framework for the application of European Union competition law. 4. Relevant market - commodity, geographic and time dimension. 5. Market power and market share and their application in competition law. 6. Agreements restricting competition in European Union law - prohibition (Section 101 par. 1 TFEU). 7. Agreements restricting competition in European Union law - prohibition exceptions (Section 101 par. 3 TFEU). 8. Abuse of a dominant position in European Union law - Art. 102 TFEU. 9. Prohibited means of abuse of dominant position. 10. Control of concentrations in European Union law. 11. Application of competition law in the view of private law, leniency program and commitment decisions. 12. State aid rules.
