As its name implies, the subject represents a general platform for the issue of new technologies and their legal regulation. At the same time, it is a certain preparation for passing the subject of Cyber Law in further study, where other related topics are also addressed (e.g. in the field of liability, domain dispute resolution, etc.). Digital use of security items and availability to the public. 4. Social networks. 5. Spam and cookies. 6. Hyperlinks. 7. Digital single market. 8. Digital services. 9. Advertisement on the Internet. 10. Domains and their registration. 11. Electronic identity. 12. Artificial intelligence and its regulation.
