Course topics: Content focus of the state exam: 1. Legal persons of private law and public law. 2. Theories of legal entities. 3. Subjectivity of legal entities under private law. 4. Creation of will and expression of the will of legal entities under private law. 5. Establishment and creation of legal entities under private law, defects of founding acts. 6. Application of institutes of general private law, obligation law and exclusion of their application in the law of legal entities. 7. The position of obligatory and optional bodies of legal entities. 8. Liability of bodies of legal persons under private law. 9. legal persons as associations of persons and associations of property, corporations and foundations. 10. The relationship between the general regulation of legal entities and the regulation of special forms of legal entities. 11. Legal protection of persons participating in a legal entity.
