Course topics: Familiarization with the content of the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code Definition of a protected person in the legal order of the Slovak Republic Protection against domestic violence in the context of the Law on the Police Force, the Law on Victims of Crime and the Law on the Prosecutor\'s Office Exclusion of a spouse from the use of an apartment or other real estate Cancellation of joint tenancy Urgent measures, their most common types in connection with domestic violence (no entry, no approach, Obligation for the defendant to do something, to refrain from something or to bear something Legal protection of the family Restriction / deprivation of parental rights. Prohibition of intercourse, a child as a secondary victim of violence. Legislation on legal aid for persons in material need Offenses against civil cohabitation according to Law no. 371/1990 Coll. on offenses
