Course topics: Constitutional Development after 1948: the Ninth-of-May Constitution, Relations between the Czechs and Slovaks and the Concepts of State in the 1960s (the Act on Federalisation). The Concept of Socialist Law, the so-called Two-Year Legal Plan, New Civil and Criminal Substantial and Procedural Codes, and the Code of Family Law. Changes in the Property Rights to Lands, Cooperative law, the New Concept of Labour Law, and Social Security Law. Economic Law and Destruction of Commercial Law. Development of Labour Law and Social Security Law, and the Support of a Socially Egalitarian Society. Legal Abuse in Practice (Crimes Against Humanity, Crimes Against Human and Civil Rights, Criminalisation of Political Opposition through de Lege Lata Tools). Soviet States in International Law and Fight for Human Rights. Relation of State and Churches, their Criminalisation, Control, and Repression.
