Substantive and Procedural Criminal Law II (ZTRd102)

Course topics: The course focuses on those topics that are most discussed in the current scientific literature. In the introduction, the lecturer introduces the matter of the selected problem, presents the basic doctrinal positions and identifies argumentative collusions. Subsequently, in dialogue with students, he will look for connections between the presented theoretical and legal problem and the topics of their dissertations. Basic thematic areas: - material and formal understanding of the crime - institutes of restorative justice in criminal law - institutes for the review of decisions in criminal proceedings.
