Substantive and Procedural Criminal Law III (ZTRd203)

Course topics: The course focuses on those topics that are most discussed in the current scientific literature. In the introduction, the lecturer introduces the matter of the selected problem, presents the basic doctrinal positions and identifies argumentative collusions. Subsequently, in dialogue with students, he will look for connections between the theoretical and legal problem and the topics of their dissertations. Basic thematic areas: - decriminalization and decriminalization in criminal law - criminal liability of legal persons - the effectiveness of criminal proceedings - criminal appellate proceedings - European criminal law
