Course topics: 1. Forensic medicine as a forensic science (history, conception, relations with other fields). 2. Death, postmortem corpse changes, determining the time of death. 3. Forensic traumatology (classification of injuries, mechanism of their occurrence, assessment of vitality). 4. Procedure in the event of death, ordering and importance of autopsy. 5. Mechanical and gunshot injuries. 6. Effects of increased and decreased temperatures on the organism. 7. Electric shock injuries, effects of radioactive radiation on body. 8. Traffic accidents, falls. 9. Forensic toxicology. 10. Body examination of living persons. 11. Simulation, disimulation, insurance fraud. 12. Pregnancy and childbirth from a forensic point of view, sexual violence.
