Course topics: Evidence based pedagogy - the importance of evaluating psychodynamics and sociodynamics for learners and learning. Primary and secondary processes in learner psychodynamics and sociodynamics. Dimensions of quality of interactivity - systemic and process aspects of change in psychotemporality, socioexternality and sociointernateness. Dimensions of learning quality - structural and functional change. Instrumental and teleological links in the relational system. Synchronicity and linearity in the learning process. Dynamics of change and stabilizers of change, transition to change. Information transmission and connectivity in interaction - intensity, capacity, coherence and accuracy of information flow. Disposability and responsiveness of learners - psychosocial investments, losses and gains. The equilibration of exploratory and communicative behaviour with respect to developmental specificities. Relational modes: non-contact - contact response - functional-sensory contact - self-directedness - intersubjectivity - interactivity - interaffectivity - reflectivity. Exploratory modes: saturation of deficient and elimination of redundant needs - reflexive and sensory stimulation - asking questions and seeking answers - formulating and testing hypotheses.
