Course topics: 1. Relationships between people - characteristics and character traits, family and working relationships. 2. Significant holidays and days - cultural and traditional elements for Christmas, Easter, All Saints\' Day, New Year\'s Eve; significant days - Valentine\'s Day, Halloween, carnival, birthdays, name days; wishes and expressions for events (Christmas wish, Easter wish, New Year\'s wish, birthday greeting, name day greeting, expression of condolence), 3. Significant events, activities and stories from the world of hearing impared people - Milan Congress (1880), Deaf President Now (1988), International Day/Week of the Deaf, International Sign Language Day, The Legend of the Abbé de l\'Epée, The legend of the deaf soldiers, The story of Thomas Gallaudet, The beginning of sign language research, 4. Life experiences - good and bad life experiences. 5. Environment - living and non-living nature, natural disasters, domestic animals, wildlife, exotic animals, plants, agriculture.
