Course topics: 1. History of notary, position and importance of notary. Notarial activities under the Act no. 323/1992 Coll. on Notaries and Notarial Activities (the Notarial Code), as amended. 2. Notary central registers. 3. The concept of inheritance law, sources of inheritance law, pre-conditions for becoming an heir, rejection of inheritance, inheritance incapacity. 4. Trustee\'s property (joint co-ownership of spouses, property not subject to the regime of joint co-ownership of spouses and its inheritance, liability of heirs for the trustee\'s debts). 5. Inheritance by law, inheritance groups, crediting of gifts during the life of the testator in inheritance proceedings. 6. Solution of practical cases of inheritance law - groups of heirs, determination of inheritance shares according to inheritance from the law and co-ownership shares with respect to the property of the testator. 7. Inheritance from a will, requisites of a will, forms of a will, cancellation of a will, imperative heirs, relative and absolute invalidity of a will, solution of specific cases of inheritance law. 8. The activity of a notary as a court commissioner in inheritance proceedings (acts of a court and notary after the death of the testator, ascertainment of the deceased\'s property, participants in inheritance proceedings, inheritance proceedings - lack of property, property of insignificant value, termination of inheritance proceedings by issuing a resolution). 9. Additional proceedings on inheritance, the requirements of the so-called newly discovered property after the end of the inheritance proceedings. 10. Ownership certificate and land inserts. 11. Acts during the life of a natural person (real estate transfers, selected types of contracts - purchase contract, deed of gift, exchange contract, custody contract, easement) and acts in case of death. 12. Discussion with a notary on the issue and the content of the course.
