Course topics: 1. The right to provide health care and services related to it, including cross-border health care. 2. The obligation to provide or mediate necessary assistance to anyone in danger of death or showing signs of a serious health disorder, if he does not endanger his life or health in a serious way. 4. The right to protection of dignity, respect for physical and psychological integrity. 5. The right to information regarding the state of health. 6. The right to information about the purpose, nature, consequences and risks of the provided health care, about the options for choosing proposed procedures and the risks of refusing to provide health care. 7. The right to refuse the provision of health care (the right to refuse the provision of health care has its exceptions). 8. The right to decide on participation in teaching or biomedical research. 9. The right to refuse the removal and transfer of organs, tissues and cells after death. 10. The right to maintain confidentiality of data related to health status and related facts (the right to maintain confidentiality has its exceptions). 11. Right to Alleviation of Suffering. 12. The right to humane, ethical and dignified access by health workers. The obligation to prevent the transmission of the disease, to indicate the source of the infection and to determine the circle of persons who may have been infected in the event that the person is infected with a communicable disease.
