The concept of honesty in law, finding argumentation errors: John Maxwell Coetzee: On Apology & On Paedophilia: In Diary of a Bad Year. 7. Feminism & patriarchy: Sylvia Plath - The Bell Jar or Virginia Woolf - A Room of One\'s Own. 8. Law and social reality and legitimacy: Terry Pratchett - Otec prasiatok. 9. Nature of law and its legitimacy: Matrix (film). 10. Discrimination: To Kill a Mockingbird (film/book) or Twelve Angry Men. 11. Identity, legal personality and postmodern: Franz Kafka: The Trial & Before the Law. 12. Selection of topics and works in agreement with the teachers.
