Introduction to liability for damage - concept, functions, overview of assumptions, entities, types of liability for damage. 2. Illegality and fault as prerequisites for liability for damage. 3. Damage as a precondition for liability for damage - direct and indirect damage, property damage and non-property damage, specific categories of damage (net property damage, reflex damage, etc.). 4. Causality as a precondition for liability for damage (natural causality, legal causality, specific cases of causal course). 5. Liability for other person. Liability for a helper, liability for an incapacitated person, liability for the representatives and members of the statutory bodies. 6. Selected merits of the liability for damage I. 7. Selected merits of the liability for damage II. 8. Selected merits of the liability for damage III. 9. Introduction to the unjust enrichment - concept, function, general clause of unjust enrichment, types of conditions, overview of assumptions, entities. 10. Unjust enrichment - conditions of performance, conditions for reasons other than performance, triangular relations of unjust enrichment, competition of unjust enrichment with the regulation of rights in rem. 11. Actions without an order / Negotiorum gestio. 12. Mutual relationship between non-contractual institutions - competition for liability for damage, unjust enrichment and actions without an order.
