Substantive and Procedural Criminal Law I (ZTRd101)

Course topics: The course focuses on those topics that are most discussed in the current scientific literature. In the introduction, the lecturer introduces the matter of the selected problem, presents the basic doctrinal positions and identifies argumentative collusions. Subsequently, in dialogue with students, he will look for connections between the presented problem and the topics of their dissertations. Basic thematic areas: - criminal liability and its elements - penalties and protective measures - evidentiary process in criminal law - decision-making of criminal courts.
