The legal order of the European Union and the sources of European Union law. 8. Legislative process in the creation of European Union law. 9. Nature and system of application of European Union law (direct and indirect effect). 10. Nature and system of application of European Union law (liability of a Member State for damage caused to an individual by a breach of European Union law, priority). 11. Protection of human rights in the European Union. 12. Common Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union.
