Course topics: Practical cases will focus on various situations in criminal proceedings, namely: 1. Assessment of the facts I. – analysis of evidence individually and in summary, identification of disputed and undisputed facts, method of securing evidence, establishment of the facts, 2. Questioning of the accused and witness – what to ask, how to ask, how to formulate questions, when to object to questions (leading and captious questions), 4. Questioning of the injured party – what to ask, how to ask, how to formulate questions, when to object to questions (leading and captious questions), 5. Custody – course of questioning when deciding on custody and relevant argumentation, 6. Decision on the merits – closing arguments, verdict, appeal.
