Discrimination in the field of employment and harassment, equal pay for equal work. 7. Permissible different treatment. 8. Temporary compensatory measures. 9. The concept of diversity and its importance in society. 10. The role of the Court of Justice of the EU in the field of interpretation and application of anti-discrimination law. 11. Burden of proof in anti-discrimination disputes. 12. Examples from practice showing discrimination.
