The essence of a crime - explanation of the basic features of the essence, analysis of individual features with an emphasis on the subjective side of the crime, explanation of individual features using practical examples and cases from application practice. 2. Sanctions - explanation of types, reference to the imposition of sanctions, conditions and consequences. 3. Detention with an emphasis on conditions, types, deadlines and decision-making. 4. Indictment and related actions. 5. Cross-section of the stages of criminal proceedings with an emphasis on proceedings before the court. 6. Decisions in criminal proceedings - types, conditions and significance.
