Moot Courts Clinic I (YNMPm801)

Course topics: The Clinic will be divided into 4-hours blocks every two weeks held in English and Slovak. Each block will focus on a concrete skill or issue which is needed in Moot Court Competitions. Students will be able to participate actively in University teams covering Public International Law - ILSA Jessup Moot Court Competition and IBA ICC Moot Court. Active participation in the teams is not a condition for taking up the Clinic. The blocks will be composed also from lectures but mostly from workshops, debates, moots, brainstorming, researching, etc. All students will complete the same assignments that form the ongoing assessment, regardless of whether or not they are part of the competition team.
