Course topics: Through texts and by engaging in conversation, try out the possibilities of a \"new\" approach to philosophizing. To get acquainted with the educational possibilities of a philosophy that offers philosophical problems related (also) to the world of children instead of ready answers. To introduce the project \"Philosophy for Children\" (P4C) - the theoretical background, content, objectives and specific methods of implementation of the project in a school environment. By searching for information about centres that have been developing the P4C project for a long time via the Internet, to learn not only about its history, but also about its current status and new possibilities of working with texts that are intended for children and teachers. To know the methods and learning strategies recommended by the authors of the P4C project and to find out what possibilities we have to extend them in order to be able to use the project in the new subject of Ethics Education at the first level of school. Developing the project requires teachers to have an idea of the developmental peculiarities of elementary school pupils. Together they \"revive\" the information from other courses - to create a \"table\" of the age peculiarities of pupils and supplement it with recommendations for the work of the teacher and the teacher. On the examples of the formulation of objectives (we will look for them in the manual) to deepen the information on the use of taxonomies of cognitive, moral and psychomotor development of the child. To analyse the selected part of the project (written materials) in terms of the age characteristics of the pupils and to recommend other methods of working with children to compensate for the one-sided focus of the project on text work and discussion.
