Private International Law (ZMPd503)

Course topics: The course follows the knowledge acquired in the master\'s study, which is further developed. The course primarily focuses on the analysis and discussion of the most current issues of private international law, related in particular to the expected legislative changes, relevant case law or issues discussed in the literature. Furthermore, the course focuses on the analysis of practical problems related to the application of individual sources of private international law, especially secondary sources of private international law of the European Union.
