Clinic of Advocacy II (YNDPm611)

Course topics: Course is held in a form of seminar and it’s underpinned by practice in attorney’s office. Course starts with the introduction to advocacy and legal services rendering and describes how the advocacy is performed. It outlines the relationship between an attorney and the client as well as with other attorneys. It also teaches about fundamental rights and obligations in regard to the advocacy practice.
