Moot Courts Clinic I (YNMPm801)

Course topics: The Clinic will be divided into 4-hours blocks every two weeks held in English and Slovak. Each block will focus on a concrete skill or issue which is needed in Moot Court Competitions. Students will be able to participate actively in University teams covering Public International Law - ILSA Jessup Moot Court Competition and IBA ICC Moot Court. Active participation in the teams is not a condition for taking up the Clinic. The blocks will be composed also from lectures but mostly from workshops, debates, moots, brainstorming, researching, etc.
