Collective disputes and their resolution (dispute over the operation of a trade union at the employer, dispute over the provision of leave to an employee for the activities of a trade union, or to a member of the staff council for the activities of the staff council or employee trustee, a dispute over applying for support during part-time work). 11. Collective disputes and their resolution (dispute over the determination of a representative trade union, dispute over the conclusion of a collective agreement, dispute over the fulfilment of obligations under a collective agreement). 12. Strike and lockout.
