Scope of activity of a notary - notarial activity according to Act no. 323/1992 Coll. on notaries and notarial activity (Notary Code) - writing and issuing documents on legal acts, certification of legally significant facts, proceedings in matters of notarial custody. 2. Scope of notary activity - notarial activity according to Act no. 323/1992 Coll. on notaries and notarial activity (Notary Code) - proceedings in the matters of notarial central registers, proceedings for canceling a deed; notary office, public nature of notary activity, notary employees, notary self-government and notary code of ethics. 3. Notary as judicial commissioner - institutes of inheritance law. 4. Inheritance agenda of the notary - substantive inheritance law. 5. Notary\'s inheritance agenda - procedural inheritance law. 6. Solving practical cases from notarial activity according to the assignment of the teacher and the choice of the student.
