Short professional phrases. 4. The meaning of the word lord (dominus), field (ager) and their use in legal terminology. Reading and translation of Latin statements. 5. Verbum words, their meaning and use. Comparison with Slovak and other languages. 6. The verb to be (esse) and the possibilities of its interpretation in legal literature. 7. Adjectives as righteous (iustus) and their use. Selected concepts of medieval law. 8. Selected sources of medieval law. Latin words - law (lex) and citizen (civis) and their meanings and use in law. 9. The word law (ius) and its meaning. Selected sources of medieval law II. 10. The most frequently used Latin abbreviations.
