Criminalistics (ZTRd501)

Course topics: The course focuses on those topics that are most discussed in the current forensic literature. In the introduction, the lecturer introduces the essence of the selected problem, presents the basic doctrinal positions and identifies arguments. Subsequently, in dialogue with students, he will look for connections between the presented problem and the topics of their dissertations. Basic thematic areas: - forensic characteristics and its elements, - forensic traces and identification, - methodology of cybercrime investigation.
