Course topics: Schedule of subject: 1. Health education - introduction to the issue, definition of basic terms, health education vs. health promotion, distribution of prevention. 2. Determinants of health, risk factors and prevention. 3. NPPZ. 4. Selected lifestyle risk factors (smoking, physical inactivity, malnutrition, alcohol, psychosocial risk factors, stress, promiscuity, drugs) and prevention. 5. Biological risk factors - increased blood pressure, increased blood cholesterol levels and prevention. 6. Health promotion and prevention in childhood. 7. Health promotion and prevention during adolescence and adolescence. 8. Health promotion and prevention in adulthood. 9. Non-communicable diseases - health promotion and prevention. 10. Infectious diseases - health promotion and prevention. 11. Basics of hygiene (cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, hand hygiene). 12. Control of the hygienic-epidemiological regime.
